Car Hire Vilamoura
After collecting your rental car from Faro Airport in Portugal, you can reach Vilamoura Resort by driving along the main motorway road the N125 until you reach Vilamoura which is around a 35 minute journey time depending on traffic.Be careful though when driving out from Faro Airport. Follow the Portimao signpost from the airport.
There are a couple of tricky turns that can be easily missed especially if you arrive late at night.

Drive slowly and keep looking at the signposts for Portimao.
After you have twisted and turned you will drive onto the N125.
Please note driving is on the right hand side in Portugal and all passengers are required by law to wear a seatbelt.
Main resorts are sign posted and speed limits are also signposted. Motorways are 120 km per hour and town limits are 40 km per hour. Drivers are advised to carry their license with them at all times.
