RESERVATIONS
IMPORTANT
Please note that due to the high incidence of flight delays, and to enable us to maintain service levels Reservations will only be accepted with a valid flight number and contact number.
ON ARRIVAL
Proceed to the ALAMO/National Desk in the Arrivals Terminal.
RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE
It is vital when returning cars to Southampton Airport that customers follow the Car Hire return signage and leave the cars in an Alamo/National bay, noting the bay number.
If the car is returned to the short term or long term car parks with no ticket Alamo/National will be charged £30.00. Parking in either of these car parks with a ticket will result in a minimum charge of £9.20. These charges will then be passed onto the customer.
Return the keys to the Alamo/National Desk in the Terminal, noting the car park bay number.
Outside office hours post keys and pass in drop box situated on the side of the Alamo/National Desk.

Southampton Airport - Europcar Returns
Return the vehicle to Premier Lodge Hotel, which is opposite the Royal Mail on the main airport road.
Leave the paperwork in the car and hand the keys to the hotel reception.
