Car Hire Prestwick Airport

ON ARRIVAL
Customers should make their way to the rental desk which is situated in the Airport Terminal adjacent the domestic baggage reclaim carousel.

ARRIVAL OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS
Please note that this terminal is locked overnight usually from 0100 hours until 0500 hours.  All reservations must have flight numbers.

ON DEPARTURE/RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE
Vehicles should be returned to the Car Rental Returns car park at the side of the Terminal Building in the upper area.
Our return bays are in the front row marked with Alamo/National signage. 
The vehicles should then be parked, locked up and if there is not a customer representative in the car park, the keys then taken to the Alamo National desk situated in the Arrivals Hall in the Terminal Building.

DEPARTURE OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS
Please note that the airport opening hours are 0500 – 0100 hours.
No vehicles may be returned outside these hours.
Within the airport opening hours but outside office hours, the same procedure applies but when returning keys to the desk; they should be dropped in the Key Returns slot, which is situated on the top right side of the rental counter.

SPECIAL NOTE
There is no courtesy transport necessary.
All reservations MUST have flight numbers.

Prestwick Airport - Europcar Returns

Follow the airport sign showing ‘Car Rental Return’, its past the front of the terminal
building then turn left into the Rental Car Area.

Europcar spaces are in the centre.

Take the keys and rental documents to the Europcar desk in the terminal building.
