ALAMO/NATIONAL PRECEDURES ON ARRIVAL Customers should make their way to the rental desk, which is situated in the Airport Terminal opposite Domestic Arrivals.
ARRIVAL OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS The branch MUST confirm any out of hours reservations, these must have a flight number and the charges must include a Meet and Greet (17.50) and Out of Hours (10). A member of staff will meet the customer.
ON DEPARTURE/RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE Vehicles should be returned to the Car Hire Car Park, which is signposted LEFT from the first mini-roundabout. There is an automatic barrier, which will lift on entering the car park; vehicles MUST be parked in bays 51 75. Keys should be returned to the National Car Rental desk situated in the Terminal building.
DROP OFF OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS Follow the return procedure as above; keys will be posted into the Key Return box situated on the left hand side of the rental desk.
SPECIAL NOTE Any rental vehicle returned to either the Long Stay or Short Stay car park will have the parking charges applied to their rental agreement. There is no courtesy transport available. For Security reasons vehicles must not be left at the front of the terminal building at any time.

Newcastle Airport - Europcar Returns
As you drive into the airport the return car hire park is directly in front of you.
Follow the one way system round to the left and take the first right hand turn in front of the terminal building.
Turn left into the car hire return area; please return the keys and paperwork to the office inside the terminal building.
