THE ENTERPRISE OFFICE AT THE MANCHESTER UK AIRPORT IS LOCATED IN THE FOLLOWING AREAS IN EACH TERMINAL: TERMINAL 1: RETURN CARS TO LEVEL 11 NEAR THE EXIT FOR THE CAR HIRE RETURN. PLEASE PROCEED TO LEVEL 0 IN THE LIFTS WHERE THEY WILL SEE THE CAR RENTAL VILLAGE AND WE ARE LOCATED THERE. KEYS CAN BE LEFT WITH THE EMPLOYEE OR, IF DESK IS CLOSED, THE DESK HAS A KEY DROP BOX IN FRONT OF IT.
TERMINAL 2: RETURN ALL CARS TO CAR RENTAL RETURN IN THE MULTI STOREY CAR PARK. KEYS MUST THEN BE RETURNED TO OUR DESK IN TERMINAL 2 ARRIVALS. OUR DESK IS IN THE ARRIVALS HALL OPPOSITE WHERE PASSENGERS WILL COME OUT AFTER PASSPORT CONTROL. KEYS CAN BE LEFT WITH THE EMPLOYEE OR, IF DESK IS CLOSED, THE DESK HAS A KEY DROP BOX IN FRONT OF IT.
TERMINAL 3: RETURN ALL CARS TO CAR RENTAL RETURN AT TERMINAL 3. SITUATED IN MULTI STOREY SHORT STAY CAR PARK OPPOSITE TERMINAL 3 ITSELF. PLEASE PROCEED TO THE GROUND FLOOR WHERE CAR RENTAL COMPANIES ARE SITUATED. KEYS CAN BE LEFT WITH THE EMPLOYEE OR, IF DESK IS CLOSED, THE DESK HAS A KEY DROP BOX IN FRONT OF IT.

ALAMO/NATIONAL PROCEDURES ON ARRIVAL
TERMINAL 1: Customers should make their way to the rental desk, which is situated in the Arrivals Hall of the terminal on the ground floor. TERMINAL 2: Customers should leave the airport arrivals hall and proceed to the Car Rental Offices situated in the car park opposite the terminal building. If the office is closed the customers should use the courtesy phone situated on the wall to the right of the office and they will be collected by a member of staff. TERMINAL 3: Customers should leave the airport arrivals hall and proceed to the Car Rental Offices situated in the car park opposite the terminal building.
ARRIVAL OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS Any Out of Hours rentals MUST be confirmed by the branch. All reservations will be subject to an out of hours fee of £40 and must be authorised by the Airport Manager prior to confirmation being given. When the customer arrives they should phone the Out of Hours phone number (0870 6088 755) and they will be met by a member of staff.
ON DEPARTURE/RETURNING A VEHICLE TERMINAL 1: Customers should follow signs to terminal 1 Short Stay Car Park and return the vehicle to level 11 and park it in one of the National/Alamo bays. The keys should be handed to the customer support team in the cabin in the car park who can check-in the car and give the customer a receipt. If the customer support cabin is closed the keys must be handed to the desk in the Arrivals hall on the ground floor. TERMINAL 2: Customers should follow signs to Terminal 2 Car Hire Return, which is situated in the car park opposite the main Terminal 2 building on the ground floor. There is a slip road on the right, which takes you into the ground floor of the car park. There is a barrier to enter the car park and the customer will need to press the help button. The customer should explain that they are returning a National/Alamo vehicle and the barrier will be lifted. The vehicle should then be parked in a National/Alamo bay and the keys returned to the desk. If the office is closed, the keys should be deposited in the key return box at the rear of the office. TERMINAL 3: Customers should follow signs for Terminal 3 Domestic Flights and should enter the Short Stay car park. The vehicle should be returned to level 5 and parked in a National/Alamo bay. The keys should be handed to the customer support team in the cabin in the car park who can check-in the car and give the customer a receipt. If the customer support cabin is closed the keys must be handed to the desk on the ground floor of the car park. If the office is closed the keys should be deposited in the key return box situated at the rear of the office.
All reservations must have flight details.

Manchester Airport - Europcar Returns
Terminal 1: Please return the car to the return car hire car park. This is sign-posted and is on level 11 of the car park. Take keys to the Europcar Desk on the ground floor of the car park.
Terminal 2: Please return car to the return car hire car park in the multi storey opposite the terminal. Take the keys to the Europcar desk on the ground floor of the car park.
Terminal 3: Please return car to the return car hire car park. This is sign-posted and is on level 5 of the multi storey car park. Take keys to the Europcar desk on the ground floor.
