ALAMO/NATIONAL PROCEDURES ON ARRIVAL

Customers should follow the signs for Stansted Airport at Junction 8A on the M11, or from the A120. Follow the signs to the Terminal building, and then the signs for Car Rental Return, this is alongside Zone G.
Please return all keys to the ALAMO/National cabin between the hours of 06.00 – 22.00.
After this please use key drop box at the Alamo/National desk in the terminal building.
DROP OFF OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS

OUT OF HOURS DEPARTURE/RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE (BETWEEN 2300 AND 0600HRS)
The key return facility is located to the left of the desk in terminal opposite the International Arrivals.
Please drop your keys through the hole in the counter marked car rental returns. Please ensure that the keys have fully dropped through before leaving.

Follow the signs for the main airport terminal then follow signs for ‘Car Rental Returns’.
