Gatwick Airport has two terminals, North and South.

After Heathrow, Gatwick Airport is the second largest airport in the UK. Gatwick Airport is located in South London near to Crawley.

Travelling from London you can reach the airport by taking the M25 or M23. Please note if you are returning a rental car the car hire branches are opened 24 hours in the South Terminal only.

Passengers can take a train into London Victoria and London Bridge.  You can also take a train to Brighton in the south of England.

 There are lots of buses servicing the local neighbourhoods such as Crawley, Horsham, Horley, and Redhill.

ALAMO/NATIONAL PROCEDURES ON ARRIVAL

All Customers should proceed to the car rental buildings located on the lower forecourt road at the South and North Terminal.

Please follow yellow signs that clearly direct the way.

ARRIVAL OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS

If arriving after 22:00 into the North terminal, please take the free monorail to the South Terminal and follow the yellow signs to the car rental building.

ON DEPARTURE/RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE

All returning customers may return to either terminal regardless of which terminal they collected the vehicle.

On entering Gatwick Airport follow the overhead signs to the car rental returns facilities.

The National Alamo Bays are in the Car Hire Car Park marked by National Alamo Signage.

The vehicles should then be parked, locked up and the keys taken to the National Alamo Desk situated in the car rental Building.

DROP OFF OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS

Vehicles can be returned at any time of the day and night at both terminals.

If retuning to South terminal please lock car and take keys in to the car rental building.If returning to the North terminal please lock car and post the keys through the out of hours key drop of box.
