Consumer Customers - Follow signs to ARRIVALS hall and the Car Hire desks are adjacent to the Luggage Reclaim area
ARRIVAL OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS
If flight number is provided, please proceed to the Car Hire desk in the ARRIVALS HALL.
Staff will wait if flight is delayed.
Flight numbers must be supplied for all reservations.
Please note this service is charged at a local cost.
ON DEPARTURE/RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE
On approach to the Airport, turn right at the HILTON HOTEL and follow signs to Car Hire Return. Between the hours of 07.00 and 19.00 Monday to Friday, a member of staff will meet you and offer a receipt.
DROP OFF OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS
Park car as above, take keys to Terminal building and deposit in Key Return Box.
There is a key return box at the satellite office as well as the desk in the Terminal Buildings.
SPECIAL NOTE
The courtesy bus runs 24 hours Monday to Sunday.
All reservations MUST have flight numbers.

Edinburgh Airport - Europcar Returns
Return the car to the Europcar rental base, which is sign-posted ‘Car Hire Return’.
Then please take the keys to the Europcar desk in the terminal building,
Alternatively there is an office in the car park which you can return your keys too.
