Renting a car from Cardiff Airport, you need to remember.
  1. Don't forget your Driving Licence. If it's a UK Licence, you'll need to bring both parts with you.
  2. In some circumstances a 2nd form of ID is also required, so it's always best to have some with you (e.g. a utilities bill, your passport).
  3. Present a credit card for authorisation against potential damage claims resulting from your rental. See insurance excess.

Please proceed to the Alamo/National Desk at the Car Rental Building situated in the Short Stay Car Park directly opposite the Arrivals Hall entrance.

 

ARRIVAL OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS

Please proceed to the Alamo/National Desk at the Car Rental Building situated in the Short Stay Car Park directly opposite the Arrivals Hall entrance.

All Out Of Hours rentals MUST be confirmed by the branch and MUST have a flight number and payment attached.

This service is subject to the standard out of hour’s fee. 

 

ON DEPARTURE/RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE

Please follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park.

Park the vehicle in the dedicated Alamo/National Car Rental Parking Bays in the Short Stay Car Park and proceed to the Alamo/National Desk in the Car Rental Building.

 

DROP OFF OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS

Please follow signs for the Short Stay Car Park.

Park the vehicle in the dedicated Alamo/National Car Rental Parking Bays in the Short Stay Car Park.

Place the key for the vehicle in the Key Return Box situated directly in front of the Car Rental Building.

 

SPECIAL NOTE

All reservations MUST have a flight number.

Any Out Of Hours reservations must have a contact number

Cardiff Airport - Europcar Returns

Proceed to Airport Security at the end of the terminal building, take the ticket that gives
you access to a small private car park.

Take the keys to the Europcar desk in the terminal building.

On leaving the car park, take the ticket to the desk where they will validate it for the barrier.
