PROCEDURE ON ARRIVAL FOR ALAMO/NATIONAL
Desk is located immediately outside baggage hall. Upon picking up your keys at rental desk exit airport terminal and turn left, after approx 50 meters you will come to a pedestrian crossing go straight cross and enter car park you are now in the car rental pick up car park. Alamo/National cars parked in rows E and D.
ARRIVAL OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS

ON DEPARTURE/RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE
When returning vehicle please drop car off in same car park you picked up from only drop car in row I beside our returns hut. If returning between the hours of 17.00 21.30 on Thur, Fri and between the hours of 16.00-21.30 you may return keys to check in facility located in our returns area of the car park.
DEPARTURE OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS
If returning before branch opening hours drop keys in drop box located on top of the rental desk (left hand side). Airport closes at the same time branch returning after 21.30 is not possible.
