PROCEDURES FOR ALAMO ON ARRIVAL
Customers should make their way to the rental desk which is situated in the Airport Terminal beside the domestic baggage reclaim carousel.
ARRIVAL OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS
Any Out of Hours rentals MUST be confirmed by the branch, and MUST have a flight number and payment, with the cost of the Meet and Greet (£17.50) and Out of Hours (£10) added to the reservation.
ON DEPARTURE/RETURNING YOUR VEHICLE
Vehicles should be returned to the Return/Ready Bays at the Car Hire Car Park. Follow signs to Aberdeen Airport Terminal Building, then Car Hire Car Park. The Alamo Bays are in the Car Hire Car Park marked by Alamo Signage. The vehicles should then be parked, locked up and the keys taken to the Alamo Desk situated in the Terminal Building.
DEPARTURE OUTSIDE OFFICE HOURS
Please note that the airport opening hours are 0500 - 2230. No vehicles may be returned outside these hours. Within the airport opening hours but outside Office Hours, the same procedure applies but when returning the keys to the desk; they should be placed in the Return Keys Chute which is located on the shutter of the desk inside the terminal.
SPECIAL NOTE
There is no courtesy transport available.
All reservations MUST have flight numbers.

Europcar Driving Directions
The airport can be reached via the access road, which is signposted from the A96 Aberdeen – Inverness road. The airport is situated 7 miles north-west of Aberdeen city centre.
Europcar Aberdeen Airport Returns
Follow the one-way system. There is a car park on the left sign posted ‘Car Hire Return’. Once you have parked your vehicle, please return the keys to the Europcar desk in the terminal building.
