Delivery Procedures
There is a local charge paid by the customer direct to the car hire branch for delivery of a vehicle.
When a vehicle is delivered to home address, you need to pay by credit or debit card. They will not accept cash.
The credit card or debit card details has to be provided prior to delivery. This can be done over the telephone.
The rental company representative will take a swipe of the card on arrival.
Please also have your passport and driving license (both parts if UK style) ready to show the branch staff.
Driving license required to be held for over 12 months and readable in English.
For security reasons:
The representative need to see that you have access to the house. If for example you are waiting outside when he arrives, he needs to see that you can open the door to the house.
The representative needs to take a finger print from the customer. This involves placing finger on ink pad. The print will be destroyed at end of the booking.
