Guide for Airports Arrivals in the UK

Please supply flight details on booking form.
If you do not have flight details to hand when booking. The flight details must be sent to Bluecarhire ASAP.

If flight details are not supplied then the airport branches will not stay on to complete your booking and rent the vehicle out to the customer as the staff do not know which flight the customer will be arriving on.

Any flight delays and cancellations please advise the airport branch concerned, and await their advice.

If the plane arrives after the branch has closed and if branch staff have agreed to stay on to meet the delayed flight then the customer will pay a local out of hours fee. This fee is in additional to the rental cost.

All customers please bring along driving licenses, credit card, passport and reservation number.
( Both parts if UK style license)
