Airports – Flight delays
If your flight is going to be delayed. We would advise customers to contact branches direct and await their advice.
All airport reservations require to have flight details, including flight number.
Providing customers have given their flight number at the time of reservation, Europcar staff will wait for your flight to land so that you can still continue your onward journey.
There will be a local charge for this service. Generally speaking the cost is around 35.00 GBP plus VAT.
This charge will be added to the rental cost once the customer has collected their vehicle.
Please note delayed flights without flight details on their reservations will be unable to be met by branch staff. Customers will be required to make alternative arrangements by themselves.
